How we have to be good to each other:

When I was in my country, I used to fight with people. If someone said something bad, I didn’t feel good. I felt angry when somebody told me I am stupid or crazy. I slapped them and started to fight.

When I was 14 years old, I never respected anyone, except my mother and my father only. When my father and my mother saw everything I did was not good, they tried to tell me something about how when they were little they never fought. They said they were all friends. If they fight, nobody could help anybody to study or to go get water for cooking from the river. This is what happened to them, and I felt sad about what happened to them. I said sorry, and I promised them I would never do anything to make them sad again. I stopped fighting and saying some bad words. I started to behave.

Now, I can’t tell anybody bad words, if she is young or old. I have to respect everybody. When I am making fun of someone, I want them to tell me because sometimes I think it is funny, but if I say something to someone that he/she doesn’t like and they tell me, I will change it. I ask for help with this.

Sometimes people use bad words because they feel angry at somebody who made them sad. One day two girls were arguing with each other about one boy and they started fighting. The girls were fighting and saying bad words about the family, but it was not true.

Many bad things can happen in a fight and we have to stop fights. If you fight with people, it is no good. You get expelled from school and you lose your credits and your friends are too sad. We have to tell our teachers or principals and security; they are here to help us .We have to try to do something good because we come to school to learn, we don’t come to fight. We have to make peace with everyone because that is when we can learn more things like how people feel and how people think. When people have peace, they share food, drink and some stories and they help each other with everything.
